This course including Cisco* IT Essentials curriculum covers the fundamentals of computerhardware and software and advanced concepts such as security, networking, and theresponsibilities of an IT professional. Students who complete this course will be able to describethe internal components of a computer, assemble a computer system, install an operating system,
and troubleshoot using system tools and diagnostic software. Students will also be able to connectto the Internet and share resources in a networked environment. New topics in this version
include mobile operating systems, OS X, Linux, and client side virtualization. Expanded topics include Microsoft Windows operating systems, security, networking, and troubleshooting.Cisco Packet Tracer activities are designed for use with Packet Tracer 6.2. The use of Packet Tracerwill support alignment with the new CompTIA A+ certification objectives.

With the rapid evolution of technology, the replacement speed of mobile devices is also quite fast. After your mobile device fails, you can buy new devices. Or you can have another choice to take this course. This course will give you the concept about software and hardware settings on IOS and Android platforms.

​Besides the basic maintaining operation, such as data backup, this course will also familiarize students with cell phones forms and hardware. Its aim is to give students the ability to repair their own mobile devices. After this course, students will competently find their own device failure points and maintain devices by themselves.
